Policy/Terms of service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service
  • Only one discount will be given at a time.
    • Discount are given at the discretion of Dog Day Sunrise.
    • Discount applies to the base price not the grand total after taxes and any fees if applied.
    • If one discount is given for any reason no other discount will be added on.
    • Discounts will be given to customers 65 years and older. A Senior discount of 10% will be given after proof is supplied. (Forms of proof accepted can be an ID, Drivers license)
    • 10% discount will be given to the physically disabled.
  • Dog Day Sunrise LLC and its employees’ need access to the property on the date agreed upon and to have access to the property from 7 am – 5 pm (0700 – 1700) on that date. Access to the yard will be available at the appointed time (no locks, bars, or electricity). We can try to relock but if damage might occur while doing so it will not be relocked. We will not re-power fences.
    • If access to the yard is not available that week will be rescheduled for a later date ranging from 1 day to 1 week. If upon a third attempt access to the yard can not be gained. The contract will be canceled and a refund will be issued minus 50% as an inconvenience fee.
  • To ensure safety for the employees of Dog Day Sunrise LLC and the pet or pets, no pets (canine or otherwise) will be loose in the yard and/or area that needs to be cleaned for the duration of the cleaning event (typically half an hour but it may take longer). Regardless of the size, breed, or demeanor.
    • If this is not honored, cleaning will cease until it is safe to continue. A 15 minute leniency will be granted before the week is considered forfeit.
    • If owner is present with the dog at all times this can be over looked but it is untimely up to the technician and there level of comfortability.
  • Cleaning will be done with 98% accuracy. Damage to the yard will always be avoided unless otherwise agreed by the customer and Dog Day Sunrise (through email or in writing to ensure both parties have an understanding). If any damage may occur the fecal matter in that area or spot will not be picked up.
    • Damage: Loss of topsoil, loss of upper layer, deeper than 1 inch
  • Incase of inclement weather that week will be skipped. A missed week will be completed the following week or as soon as it is possible, all weeks purchased will be honored.
    • Inclement weather is defined as more than 5 inches of snow, heavy rains, or anything that may cause damage to the property or endanger the technician.
  • Canceling or rescheduling appointments for any reason can be done at any time. Canceling or rescheduling needs to be reported 1 week before regularly scheduled cleaning. If changes are not reported, that week will be considered forfeit. If the customer is Canceling full service before all weeks are completed a 30% fee will be subtracted from the remainder of the weeks before a refund will be given.
    • Canceling or rescheduling needs to be done through email. NO reason needs to be given to cancel or reschedule.
  • Refunds will be paid 90 days after all requirements are met and a refund is required. (ie paperwork)
    • Paper work consists of a small questionnaire, a receipt for initial purchase, and an itemized refunded receipt.
  • If the cleaning area is larger than 3500 sq ft a $15 fee will be added for ever.
    • Dog Day Sunrise LLC will use a measuring wheel or google maps to determine cleaning area size.
    • An additional $10 will be added every 2000 sq ft over the 3500 sq ft
  • Payment needs to be made before work will begin
    • Accepted payment type: Cash, Credit, Debit, Check, Zelle, auto-pay, and secured invoicing through email provided by Autorize.net
  • Sales tax will be added in accordance to law and must be paid. City tax will be for Evans CO and at their rate. A total of 7.4% will be applied.
    • State 2.5%
    • Evans 4.5%
  • Digital- An email will be sent to the email on file that needs to be read and submitted.
    • In-person- Your technician will have a paper that needs to be signed by either the paying party or property owner or both.
  • Dog Day Sunrise LLC will dispose of collected fecal matter from the property in the customers trash bin or dumpster or pay an extra $5 disposal fee for every 10 qt bucket removed will be added. Disposal of the canine fecal matter will be established at time of agreement for service.
    • Disposal type can change at any time and pricing will be adjusted accordingly. 
    • If a dumpster or trash bin is not available and disposal fee is not paid the pet waste gathered will be left on property to be disposed of by the homeowner.
  • Dog Day Sunrise LLC can and will arrange cleanings as we see fit to ensure maximum efficiency and a smooth operation. We will try and keep days for pick up but time of cleaning may change as it needs.
